Patagonia’s spring and summer collection is packed with new arrivals – here’s a small selection.
Patagonia’s spring and summer collection for 2011 is the company’s most innovative in its 35-year history, and they state in their press release that 100% of all gear either contains e-fibers or is recyclable. 60% of the range contains e-fibers (organic cotton, hemp, Tencel, and recycled polyester) and 89% is recyclable.
The images show a fraction of all the new products. To the right you can see the W’s Pinback Top, designed for climbing, containing 90% organic cotton and 10% spandex. Price: SEK 449.
M’s R2® Jacket; a fleece jacket where Patagonia, in close collaboration with Polartec, has refined their Thermal Pro® for this jacket. Along the sides and in the sleeves, there are panels of Polartec Power Stretch® for the best fit. Price: SEK 1,799.\
M’s Nomader Zip-Off Pants; lightweight hiking pants that convert to shorts, largely made from recycled nylon. The pants dry quickly and also provide 40 UPF sun protection. Price: SEK 1,099.\
W’s Nomader Zip-Off Pants; largely similar to the men’s version with the same effective sun protection. The price is the same as the men’s pants.\
M’s Retro Grade Shorts; climbing shorts in 98% organic cotton and 2% spandex. This gives you a pair of cool shorts that let you climb unhindered. Priced at SEK 799.\
W’s Tsali; one of many shoe models, the W’s Tsali is a lightweight trail running shoe with a very grippy sole and numerous other details. Priced at SEK 1,199.
