If you’re looking for a compact stove where you can boil water in just a few minutes, you should take a closer look at the EtaSolo. The stove is very similar to the now retired workhorse Jetboil, and it turns out that’s because Jetboil previously purchased the technology from Primus. When the collaboration ended, Primus developed this product themselves after Jetboil encountered production problems.
The pot holds 0.9 liters and is insulated with a removable, heat-resistant sleeve with built-in grip. The lid has an opening so you can easily drink directly from the pot. The burner base is made from impact-resistant plastic and can be packed inside the pot together with a 100-gram gas canister. The burner features piezo ignition, of course, and the entire unit weighs only 365 grams.
