Wireless tank-pressure monitoring from Suunto
Suunto’s wireless transmitter sent tank-pressure and air-consumption information to compatible dive computers.

Suunto’s wireless pressure transmitter allowed users to monitor tank pressure and air consumption alongside depth and time on a compatible Suunto dive computer.
The system estimated remaining dive time based on available air, while storing consumption data for comparison between dives. Transmitter information appeared both numerically and graphically on the computer.
The transmitter used a replaceable 3 V lithium half-AA battery, with a stated life of approximately two years at 100 dives per year. The replacement battery kit included a new O-ring and cover, which the original product information specified should be replaced at the same time.
The 2010 announcement listed compatibility with Suunto D9, HelO2, Vytec DS and Vyper Air dive computers.
