Silva adds a reflective training vest
Silva’s February 2013 reflective vest combined fluorescent fabric, 3M details, mesh ventilation and practical storage for running, walking and cycling.
Silva expanded its range in 2013 with a reflective training vest designed to improve visibility while walking, running or cycling. Made from thin 100% polyester, it was quick-drying, easy to wash and ventilated by a breathable mesh back.
The wind-resistant vest included three rear mesh pockets for a headlamp battery, gloves or a drink. Cable loops on the right chest and upper back helped secure headlamp or headphone cables while allowing the arms to move freely. A discreet side pocket added storage, and a zipper chin guard reduced irritation.
Shaped men’s and women’s versions were offered for fit: women’s sizes 36–42 and men’s S–XL. Reflective 3M details were designed to improve visibility in darkness and poor weather, while fluorescent yellow fabric increased daytime visibility.
The vest was due in stores from February 2013 at a recommended price of SEK 300 including VAT.
