Stuffitts inserts for drying shoes

The 2010 product combined moisture-wicking fabric with replaceable cedar filling.

Stuffitts was designed to help dry damp shoes and boots after activity.

The original 2010 product information claimed that inserting a pair removed 60% of moisture within an hour, drying shoes eight times faster than leaving them without inserts. These were product claims, not results from an I Love Outdoor test.

The construction paired a technical-fabric outer layer, in contact with the shoe lining, with a cedar-shaving filling. The fabric moved moisture toward the filling, while the cedar was intended to improve odor as the shoes dried.

The cedar pouch was described as lasting around six months before replacement. An integrated strap made the inserts easy to hang up.
