Light My Fire makes its Spork in titanium
The 17 g Titanium Spork offered a stronger alternative to the familiar plastic utensil.
A plastic fork can break while stirring food. Light My Fire offered a more durable alternative with its Spork Titanium.
The original plastic Spork had long been a favorite in our packs, but it could eventually snap. The titanium version aimed to address that weakness while keeping weight low.
At 17 g, the utensil used titanium, a material valued in aircraft construction for its low weight and strength. It was partly polished to reduce metallic taste while retaining a rugged appearance.
