Haglöfs Åre Extreme Challenge is the Nordic region’s first multisport competition and takes place this year for the 14th time. The race is held in Åre’s fantastic surroundings and consists of paddling, running, and cycling.
The start is at Tännforsen, then you paddle along the Indalsälven river out into Lake Åre and switch to running at Åre Square. After running over Åreskutan mountain down to Huså, the competition continues on bike back to Åre with the finish line at the square.
July 3, 2010 marks the 14th edition of Haglöfs Åre Extreme Challenge. The week before, there will be an opportunity to practice on the course with a guide.
