Pogačar claims a record fourth Strade Bianche victory

Tadej Pogačar won Strade Bianche on March 7, 2026, taking a record fourth victory at the Tuscan race. He broke clear on Monte Sante Marie with 78.5 km remaining and finished alone in Siena’s Piazza del Campo. The organizer’s men’s race report.
The men’s route covered 203 km. Pogačar finished in 4:45:15, with Paul Seixas second at one minute and Isaac Del Toro third at 1:09.
The gravel sectors and the steep final climb on Via Santa Caterina again shaped the race, with Seixas distancing Del Toro on the closing ascent to secure second place.
Chabbey wins the women’s race
Elise Chabbey of FDJ–SUEZ won the women’s event after moving past her rivals in the technical final streets of Siena. Kasia Niewiadoma finished second and Chabbey’s teammate Franziska Koch third, all credited with 3:35:42. The organizer’s women’s race report.
The results gave Pogačar the men’s outright win record and Chabbey a major victory after a tightly contested finale.
