Jetboil Wants to Stop Sales of EtaSolo

A lawsuit from Jetboil targeting Primus AB, among others, has been filed in the US.
In their lawsuit, Jetboil seeks to stop all sales of the Primus lightweight stove EtaSolo across the entire US, claiming that EtaSolo infringes on Jetboil’s patents.
Jetboil’s filing also includes Primus’ parent company Fenix Outdoor AB as well as the American companies Brunton Outdoor, Inc and NA Gear LLC. Further developments in the case are expected to follow.
